  1. Minimum Charge: The minimum charge for the service is 2 hour. After the first hour, charges are applied every 30 minutes.
  2. Payment Methods: Payment can be made in cash, through EFTPOS, or Internet Banking (on trucks). There is a 3% surcharge for credit card payments.
  3. Access Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and secure access to their property, including driveways, pathways, and parking.
  4. Extra-Heavy/Oversize Items: Additional charges of $60.00 per item apply for extra-heavy or oversize items like pool tables or pianos. Customers must inform the company in advance about such items.
  5. Goods at Owner’s Risk: All goods are carried at the owner’s risk, meaning the carrier is not responsible for compensation for loss or damage, except when damage is intentionally caused by the carrier. Customers are advised to have their own insurance.
  6. Bridge Weight Restrictions: Customers should inform the company of any weight restrictions on bridges along the route during booking. Additional costs may be incurred if access is challenging.
  7. Cancellation Policy: There are cancellation fees. If you cancel within 7 days of your booking for hourly price jobs, a minimum of 2 hours’ fee will be incurred. For fixed-price jobs, the full amount will be forfeited. If you cancel within 14 days of your booking, half of these amounts will be forfeited.
  8. Payment Terms: Full payment is required on completion or before, depending on specific conditions. Late fees of $100.00 + GST apply if payment is not made on time, and this can continue to accrue up to a maximum of $500.00.
  9. Debt Collection: Defaulting accounts will be referred to third-party debt collectors at the defaulter’s expense.
  10. Liability for Breakage: The company does not take liability for any broken glass items unless they were factory packed or for electrical appliances that fail to operate after transit.
  11. Additional Costs for Bridge Usage: If a bridge has limited capacity or weight restrictions, and a second vehicle is used (e.g., a small truck/trailer), the hourly rate will apply, and the customer will be charged for additional costs, regardless of whether it’s a fixed price or hourly job.
  12. Service Delays: In case of service delays due to unforeseen circumstances, the company reserves the right to delay the customer’s booking by up to 2 hours without waiving any fees. For delays exceeding 2 hours, an agreement will be reached at the company’s discretion.
  13. Misconduct: Misconduct or unacceptable behavior towards staff members may result in the termination of the customer’s booking, at the company’s discretion.
  14. Refunds: Any refunds will be made strictly to the same bank account from which the payment was received.
